Election Integrity & Voting Rights Act (EIVRA)

A BILL
To protect election integrity, ensure universal voter access, prevent voter suppression, and strengthen democratic participation in elections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short Title
This Act may be cited as the "Election Integrity & Voting Rights Act" or "EIVRA".
Title I: Universal Voter Access & Registration
Section 101: Automatic Voter Registration
- All eligible citizens shall be automatically registered to vote upon:
- Obtaining or renewing a driver's license
- Interaction with state public assistance agencies
- Graduation from public high school
- Military enlistment or separation from service
