RC1: Full XAML support with BindableProperty, VSM, and data binding
Phase 1 - BindableProperty Foundation:
- SkiaLayoutView: Convert Spacing, Padding, ClipToBounds to BindableProperty
- SkiaStackLayout: Convert Orientation to BindableProperty
