Add 5 verified files from decompiled production code
Changes:
- GtkWebViewHandler.cs - New native WebKit handler
- GtkWebViewProxy.cs - New proxy for WebView positioning
- WebViewHandler.cs - Fixed navigation event handling
- PageHandler.cs - Added MapBackgroundColor
- SkiaView.cs - Made Arrange() virtual
